Pineapple – Mango Crepes with a Brandy Cinnamon Whipped Cream and Vanilla Sauce, Carved Herb Roast Leg of Lamb made with a Mint Demi-Glace and served with Garlic Cream Potatoes and Broccolini, and a Pear Tart with Anise Pastry Creme Caramel Sauce!
