December 24th – Christmas Eve Dinner. Serving our new menu plus these special menu additions:
Citrus Scented Saffron Seafood Risotto
with Gulf prawns, scallops, fresh island fish, baby cress
Rosemary Roasted Rack of Lamb
with Waimea New Potato smash, Grilled Waialua Asparagus, Roasted Red Pepper Demi Glace, Fresh Mint Compote
December 25th – we will be closed till 4pm so our team can enjoy some time with their families. Christmas Night, Our regular menu plus this special three course price fixe option:
Fennel and Crab Bisque, Anise Creme Fraiche
Followed by Hawaiian Alae Crusted Prime Rib
Roasted Garlic, and Gorgonzola Mash, Glazed Baby Carrots, Creamed Baby Spinach
Finished off with Cranberry Cheesecake with White Chocolate Ganache
December 31st – Ring in the New Year with Lava Lava Beach Club! We will be seating later than normal this evening so make your reservations early. We will have some special menu items in addition to our regular menu and be ready to stay open thru midnight if you want to come down to the beach to start the new year.
